What is Paysafecard?
It is a purchased voucher with a 16-digit identification number loaded with a certain amount of money. You can think of it a bit like gift vouchers for stores – the card works as a special “payment card” for a specific activity or merchant. You can even use multiple Paysafecards at once, with a maximum of 10 cards per transaction.

Paysafecard – limits or fees?
In the Czech Republic, Paysafecard can be loaded with a maximum value of 1,200 CZK in one payment. As for payments, it depends on which Paysafecard you own. If you only have Paysafecard Standard, your transaction is limited to a maximum of 6,000 CZK. In the case of Paysafecard Unlimited, the maximum transaction limit is 720,000 CZK. There are no transaction fees, but other fees are set. Availability fee – since Paysafecard is mainly intended for one-time use, a fee of 80 CZK is deducted from the balance on Paysafecard from the second month of use. If the code is not used for 12 months, a monthly availability fee of 130 CZK is deducted from the balance. Conversion fee – a standard fee for converting Czech crowns to another currency according to the current conversion rate.Withdrawing money from an online casino via Paysafecard
Unfortunately, in most online casinos, Paysafecard is only accepted for depositing money, not for withdrawing it. This is also due to the fact that Paysafecard is considered a temporary payment method.Frequently asked questions
1️⃣ Can Paysafecard be used unlimitedly around the world?
Yes, Paysafecard can be used worldwide, including in many foreign online casinos. The only regulation we are aware of is the ban on Paysafecard in the United States, where the voucher cannot be used in US dollars (USD). So, if you use Paysafecard loaded with euros in the States, everything will be fine.2️⃣ What is a Paysafecard generator?
You may come across generators that offer to increase your balance on your Paysafecard. Please avoid these sites and functions as they are scams, and in the worst case, you may even lose all the funds you already have on it.
3️⃣ Can I get money back from Paysafecard?
Yes, it is possible to have the remaining money credited back to your bank account. You need to contact customer support and provide them with all the details of the voucher (including the serial number) and your personal and bank details. Then it is possible to get the money back after deducting a fee, which depends on the operator’s tariff.
