Lis-Skins has been in the world of game skins since 2017 and covers three games from Valve: Counter Strike 2, DOTA 2, and Rust. It maintains a predominantly positive reputation in the community and boasts high traffic (up to 1.5 million visits per month). The majority of users are from Russia (up to 80%), where the site also has its roots. This is reflected on the website itself, which has an English localization, but some pages have remained untranslated. It also offers only a very limited number of deposit and withdrawal methods. Quick purchasing of your skins comes with a downside in the form of high selling fees, which are however offset by fair item prices. We can recommend the site, but it is important to keep in mind its focus especially on the Russian community. This relates also to the methods of withdrawal, localization, and language preferred by customer support.
To register, you can only use your Steam account. For trading, you must also complete your Trade URL and your email address in the “Profile” tab. The site does not require a KYC process (identity verification).
On the Lis-Skins platform, there is a bonus system that rewards you with a percentage bonus on sales after reaching certain milestones. Milestones are achieved by selling items, with each milestone being an amount you have earned on the platform (the first milestone is 10 dollars and it grants you a 0.5% sales bonus). The second offered bonus is using a promo code (if you don’t have one, the site offers its own). The reward (up to 5 dollars) is applied to your first sale and its amount depends on the selling price (maximum bonus at 100 dollars).
For deposits, only a few options are offered. Among them are payment cards, cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Tether, Ethereum) and also Russian online wallets. For withdrawal of real money, the only option is cryptocurrency transfer (Bitcoin, Tether, Ethereum).
Selling skins for the games Counter Strike 2, Rust, and DOTA 2 can only be done instantly (there is no option to list an item). In this case, the website operator is the buyer and the fee for this sale is quite high. We recommend using the site more for its marketplace, where you can purchase skins for the aforementioned games. Unlike other skin marketplaces, we miss extra features for traders, especially historical price trends. The selection of skins is large, but most of the pieces we viewed had an ongoing several-day trading ban on Steam (hence we prefer peer-to-peer marketplaces, where this ban does not apply).
The site does not offer any VIP program, but the more you sell on the site, the higher ranks you achieve. With this comes a percentage bonus to the selling price and priority for customer support.
The Lis-Skins platform is operated by the company INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS SYSTEMS S.R.L., which is registered as a business entity in Costa Rica.
The Lis-Skins platform does not offer any mobile or computer application.
Customer support can be contacted via live chat, which is implemented directly into the site. Additionally, you can also use email addresses.
