How to claim your winnings
The process for claiming winnings depends on whether the bet was placed online or at a retail location. If played online, players can withdraw cash at any retail location up to €200 per 24 hours or at selected locations cashless up to €20,000 per week. Higher winnings are automatically transferred to the player’s account, from which they can withdraw any amount to their bank account.
If the bet was placed at a retail location, winnings of up to €40 can be claimed at any location, and up to €2,000 by prior arrangement. Winnings up to €10,000 are paid cashless at selected locations, and for higher amounts, players must contact Sazka’s headquarters by phone to arrange the exact method and time for claiming their prize.

Lotteries by Korunka
Korunka offers lottery games for registered players on its website and mobile app. However, adults can also play without registration at Chance branches or Tipsport branches. In both cases, players must first fill out the ticket online, submit it to the system, and either pay online or prepare it for in-person submission. At the retail location, they simply provide the generated code and wait to see which six numbers are drawn in that round. The exact amount they are playing for is always displayed while filling out the ticket.
- Dvacet za 20,-: This game offers the highest prize among all Korunka lotteries, up to €2,000,000 for matching six numbers with a bet on “Raketa.” However, the odds of winning are only 1:13,983,816. The game features six prize tiers in total.
- Šestka: Players can win up to €400,000 for six matched numbers. However, the odds of winning are the same as in the previous case—1:13,983,816. With fewer matched numbers, players can win one of four additional prize tiers.
- Kombi: Players choose between 3 and 16 numbers and compete for a maximum prize of €480,000. The odds of winning the top prize vary depending on the number of selected numbers. The number of prize tiers also changes accordingly.
- Kombi plus: An extended version of the Kombi lottery, where players choose between 2 and 32 numbers and compete for up to €480,000. The odds of winning and the number of prize tiers vary based on the number of selected numbers.
- Hop Trop: In this game, players can bet as little as €0.40 for a chance to win €80,000. The odds of winning the top prize are 1:317,814. There is only one prize tier, meaning players must match all their chosen numbers correctly.
- Korunka na 5: With a minimum bet of €1.40, players can win up to €80,000 with a winning probability of 1:317,814. The more they bet, the higher their potential reward. If successful, they win in one of four prize tiers.

Fortuna lottery games can be played both online on their website or in the mobile app, as well as at Fortuna branches. With the highest bet of €20, players compete for up to €20,000 or one of two additional prize tiers.
- 9 out of 49: Similar to the previous game, players’ winnings depend on the number of selected and matched numbers, and the probability of winning the top prize changes accordingly. The maximum prize can range between €40 and €2,000,000 depending on the bet amount. There are six prize tiers in total.
- 20 out of 80: Just like in the previous two cases, the potential winnings are determined by the number of selected and matched numbers, and the probability of winning varies. The highest multiplier boosts the base stake by x123,018, meaning that with a €0.40 bet, the top prize is €49,210. Players can win in a total of eight prize tiers.
- Trio: Here, players select only three numbers out of 21, making their odds of winning the top prize 1:330. If they correctly match all numbers, they win the grand prize of €200 with a €0.80 bet. With fewer correct numbers, they can win in one of the two additional prize tiers.
- Melon: The ticket price for this lottery is fixed at €0.80. If players manage to match all eight selected numbers, they win €40,000. However, the odds of winning are just 1:28,987,537,150. There are five prize tiers in total.
- Fast lotteries: Fortuna also offers so-called fast lotteries, with some of the most popular being:
- Lucky Six: A lottery with 30 prize tiers, offering a maximum win multiplier of x20,000.
- Lucky X: Players can win in one of nine prize tiers, with win multipliers that can increase their base stake up to x10.
- Next Six: Players can bet on a specific number and color. If they guess correctly, they compete for a top win multiplier of x850 on their base stake.
How to claim your winnings
For players who placed their ticket online, winnings are automatically credited to their player account after the draw. From there, they can transfer any amount to their regular bank account (minimum withdrawal of €0.40). Bank transfers usually take 1–2 business days. Cash withdrawals are available at any branch, but only up to €200 per 24 hours.
If the winning ticket was placed at a branch, winnings of up to €200 can be claimed at any branch, while amounts of up to €1,200 can be collected upon prior arrangement. Prizes between €4,000 and €10,000 will be transferred cashless after a prior written agreement to the winner’s designated bank account, or they can be claimed in cash at the company headquarters. Higher winnings are exclusively transferred cashless according to the winner’s written instructions.
