How to register on NeteraPay?

NeteraPay is subject to several legal measures, which come with both advantages and disadvantages. An understandable advantage is security, where you do not have to worry about your sensitive personal and banking details and can safely use this payment method. However, the disadvantage is the complexity of the initial registration and identity verification for NeteraPay. Identity verification can be conducted in three ways:

• Verification using Bank Identity (currently only for clients of – Česká spořitelna, Air Bank, ČSOB, Komerční banka, and Moneta).
• Verification at a branch – physically present at the offices of NeteraPay with an ID document.
• Online verification – online verification without using bank identity is somewhat more complicated and we describe it further in the article.

To verify your identity online, you need to prepare your ID card, a second identity document (e.g., driver’s license, passport) and a bank statement or account management contract. The registration and verification process is similar to that at bookmakers and proceeds as follows:

1. Go to the NeteraPay website.
2. In the top right corner, click the registration button.
3. Fill in your personal details such as name, surname, address, email, and phone number.
4. Create a password.

The account verification process is as follows:

1. Scan these documents
   • ID card
   • Second identity document (driver’s license, passport)
   • Bank statement or account management contract.
2. After scanning the documents, you must make a verification payment from the specified bank account.
3. In the final step, a courier will come to your address, as stated in your ID, and deliver a code to verify your account.
