What are loyalty points
All properly registered players earn loyalty points during various
promotions or
bets with certain odds, which then serve as
virtual currency. They can be used to pay for new bets instead of regular money. This way, players can participate in the game without risking their own savings in case of failure. On the contrary, if they win, the reward is transferred to their account
in Czech crowns, from which they can transfer any amount to their bank account at any time or withdraw the money up to a certain limit at a Fortuna branch.
How to earn loyalty points
All registered players can earn loyalty points for
bets placed online and at Fortuna branches. Simply place a
sports bet (a pre-match bet with minimum odds of 5.0 or a live bet with minimum odds of 2.0)
of at least 10 CZK. For every 10 CZK wagered and paid, they receive
1 loyalty point. They can earn a maximum of 1,000 loyalty points per day this way (this limit does not apply to contests, bonuses, and promotions). Promotions are available both
on the website and in the Fortuna mobile app. To participate, players just need to
log in to their player profile. In addition to classic bets and predictions, there is also
Vegas online casino and lotteries. It depends on the player’s preferences which game they choose. All players have access to loyalty points without distinction. The exact balance of loyalty points can be found in their profile.
What is the value of loyalty points
Loyalty points can replace regular money at Fortuna and be used as
virtual currency when placing new bets. The more points players have,
the larger the amount of money they can replace with them.
1,000 loyalty points is equivalent to
€20. €40 can be obtained for 2,000 loyalty points, and €100 for a total of 5,000, and so on. To find out how much money players have available from loyalty points, simply
divide the total number by 50.
How to use loyalty points
Loyalty points can be used
online and at branches. The process is very similar and simple in both cases. On the website, just check the box
Pay (bet amount)
with points when placing a bet. The number of points is always automatically recalculated according to
how high the bet is. Similarly, in the mobile app, just check the box Pay (exact number) with points, which also shows the
total number of loyalty points of the player. At all branches, players have three options for using loyalty points. First, there is a
sports betting offer they can purchase. Second, they can use loyalty points to
place a bet on a sporting event or a numerical lottery without having to pay money, and third, they can buy a
voucher for a bet with a three-month validity. These are sold in values of €20, €50, or €100.
Validity of loyalty points
Players only have access to loyalty points earned
in the current calendar year, which serve as
virtual currency when purchasing services or products offered by Fortuna at its branches, on its website, or in its mobile app. However, always on
January 1 of the following year, the account balance is reset, and the remaining points expire. To avoid losing the remaining points, it is advisable to buy a voucher at a branch,
which extends their validity by 3 months. If at any time during the year the
Player’s account falls into negative numbers, the operator can use the points to balance the missing amount.
Where to play with loyalty points
All registered players can earn loyalty points
for placed and paid bets with minimum odds of 5.0 for a pre-match bet or 2.0 for a live bet or from participating in
offered promotions. They can then be used to
place new bets online on the website or in the Fortuna mobile app, as well as at any branch and sales point.
