Tipsport betting office probably doesn’t need much introduction to you, as it is the leader in the Czech market. There are many reasons for its popularity, one of which is the competition named Tipsport Tipliga.
In this article, we will focus in detail on what the competition is about and why it is so popular. The format of Tipliga can be likened to the format of football leagues. The different levels are divided into thirteen “performance” categories from Prales (lowest level) to the 1st league (highest level). Tipliga, which you can play not only at Tipsport but also at the bookmaker Chance, is really enjoyed by every bettor.
Tipliga, also known to its participants by the abbreviation TL, is a regular competition organized by the bookmaker Tipsport. The principle lies in collecting points that correspond to real winnings on tickets and these acquired points determine your final ranking in the respective level of the competition. Based on the points earned, it is possible to advance/relegate each month to a higher/lower level of Tipliga. We have briefly introduced the competition system (don’t worry, we will return to it in detail in the following subsections), now it’s just left to add in the introduction, how to enter the competition, or where to find the competition at all. Let’s start with where to find the competition on the Tipsport website. An overview of all competitions can logically be found under the “COMPETITIONS” button, which is located in the navigation bar at the top of the website. After clicking, you just need to select the desired competition from the offer, in this case Tipliga. You can also choose from other competitions, such as Tipsport Survivor, Tipsport Pyramida, Tipsport Tipcup, and others. Participation in all competitions at the bookmaker Tipsport is really easy. All you have to do is be a registered customer and before placing a competition ticket mark the respective competition in the “Include in competition” field. And that’s practically all.
As we mentioned in the introduction, Tipliga consists of thirteen levels, which start from the so-called Prales (lowest level) and continue up to the 1st league (highest level). Each level consists of several groups, the number of which depends on the given level. The lower the level, the more groups and vice versa. From this it follows that the 1st league (highest level) has only one group, the 2nd league has two groups, the National League four groups, and so on. You can advance or relegate a maximum of once a month, and only by one level higher or lower. Each group has a maximum limit of 16 members, with the lowest level possibly having fewer than 16 competitors. The number of advancing and relegating from the group also depends on the given level (for example, there is nowhere to advance from the 1st league, while there is nowhere to relegate from Prales). The ranking in the group is determined by the number of points earned in the given month, the following month starts from zero. You can see how the advances and relegations between individual levels work in the following clear table.
🏆 Level | ⬆️ Number of advancing | ⬇️ Number of relegating |
1st league | 0 | 4 |
2nd league | 2 | 4 |
National league | 2 | 4 |
Division | 2 | 6 |
Regional championship | 3 | 6 |
A class | 3 | 6 |
B class | 3</ | 8 |
District championship | 4 | 8 |
3rd class | 4 | 8 |
4th class | 4 | 8 |
5th class | 4 | 8 |
6th class | 4 | 8 |
Prales | 4 | 0 |
The points that correspond to real winnings on competition tickets included in Tipsport Tipliga determine the ranking in all groups and levels. Practically any ticket can be included in the competition, the only limitation being the daily deposit limit. In the lowest competition level (Prales), the maximum daily limit is 50 Kč, whereas in the highest level (1st league) the limit is much higher, specifically set at 1,000 Kč. If your competition ticket exceeds the set limit for the given level of Tipliga, only the proportional part of the deposit up to the limit will be counted in the competition.
You can see the maximum limits for competition tickets at all levels in the following clear table.
🏆 Level | 💰Maximum competition bet limit |
1st league | €40 |
2nd league | €30 |
National league | €20 |
Division | €10 |
Regional championship | €10 |
A class | €5 |
B class | €5 |
District championship | €5 |
3rd class | €5 |
4th class | €5 |
5th class | €5 |
6th class | €5 |
Prales | €5 |
In case of a tie, the number of tickets placed in the given month is the deciding factor (a bettor with more placed competition tickets has an advantage over a bettor who placed fewer tickets). If there is still a tie in this situation, the earlier registration date of the competitor at the bookmaker is decisive. Non-participation in any round of Tipliga (not including a ticket in the competition) equals exclusion from the competition. You can rejoin the competition immediately after exclusion, but you will be automatically placed in the highest currently unoccupied level.
Just like in any proper competition, Tipliga also offers interesting rewards for the best bettors. The most attractive rewards are logically prepared for the participants of the highest level (1st league), where the top six bettors are entitled to a reward in the form of Nets. Participants of lower competitions are not left empty-handed either, rewards for the best bettors start in the 3rd class. But that’s not all! From Tipliga, you can qualify for an even higher competition, the so-called Tournament of Champions, where the most valuable prizes are traditionally competed for.
You can see how all rewards are set in the following clear table.

The proverbial icing on the cake for the best participants of Tipliga is the so-called Tournament of Champions, into which the best bettors can advance. In addition to players from Tipliga, bettors from another Tipsport competition, the Tipcup, are also entitled to participate in the Tournament of Champions. For Tipliga bettors, those competing at least in the A class can qualify; qualification from lower levels is not possible. What is at stake? Besides prestige, of course, there is also a financial reward, and the prize pool of the Tournament of Champions is truly royal, with the winner receiving an amount in the millions.
At the very end, we cannot resist reminding you of one important thing, which is definitely worth remembering. Always carefully read the terms and conditions of every bonus, promotion, or competition. You can adhere to this rule in a general sense for all your activities at bookmakers and online casinos. We believe that for the vast majority of you, this information is nothing new, but repetition is the mother of wisdom and caution is never enough. Moreover, losing any form of bonus due to carelessness (for example, due to an expired deadline) would be a shame, don’t you think?
You can include practically any ticket in Tipliga. The only limitation that needs to be observed is the daily deposit limit. In the lowest level of the competition (Prales), the maximum daily limit is €5, while in the highest level (1st league) the limit is much higher and is set at €40. If your competition ticket exceeds the set limit for the given level of Tipliga, only the proportional part of the deposit up to the limit will be counted in the competition.
No, but you need to participate in each round of the competition. Non-participation in any round of Tipliga (not including a ticket in the competition) equals exclusion from the competition. You can rejoin the competition immediately after exclusion, but you will be automatically placed in the highest currently unoccupied level. Most likely, this will be the lowest possible level, Prales (or the next higher level, 6th class).
It depends on the level in which you play. From the 3rd class and above, you get Nets and possibly tangible prizes for winning or placing in the respective group. Additionally, it is possible to qualify from Tipliga to the final Tournament of Champions, where really packed rewards are at stake.
